My work isn’t theoretical. I lived the very problem I now help leaders solve.
A Life Rebuilt — And a Calling Revealed
Like many of my clients, I didn’t arrive on this path by choice.
It was forged through hardship, resilience, and transformation.
As a single mother raising two daughters after leaving an abusive relationship, I had to rebuild not only my life but my inner foundation. In those years of uncertainty, vulnerability, and grit, I learned how to rise when everything felt heavy — and I discovered a deeper calling:
To help others rise from the weight of their circumstances and lead from a place of soul and strength.
When Success Feels Hollow
Once I rebuilt stability, I did what responsible people do: I worked hard, climbed the ladder, and built a solid corporate career in accounting.
On the outside: accomplished, responsible, thriving.
On the inside: exhausted, numb, quietly slipping into depression.
I prayed to God to take me back — not because I was suicidal, but because I was exhausted from living a life that felt empty and disconnected. I was offered medication, but I couldn’t go that route. I couldn’t numb the pain through meds or alcohol. I felt strongly guided to face what was happening inside me.
Through this dark night of the soul, God reminded me:
“You don’t have to die to experience Heaven.
Heaven is what happens when the soul comes alive.”
The Turning Point
When burnout finally reached a breaking point, I chose to wake up instead of numb out.
I trained as a coach — not to build a business, but to save my own soul.
I became my first client.
I integrated emotionally, spiritually, mentally, and physically.
I chose alignment over striving — truth over pressure.
By 2015, my body made the truth impossible to ignore. I was getting sick — fast.
Staying in accounting was shutting me down — physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.
Leaving felt like financial suicide, but staying felt even more dangerous.
I could no longer trade a safe paycheck for my health, joy, or connection with God.
So I stepped into Soul Power.
And everything changed.

Now I support leaders — founders, CEOs, executives, entrepreneurs — who feel the same inner split I once carried.
