Hi Friends,
I’m at a turning point in my journey, contemplating branching out as a coach for Christian business owners. This decision feels deeply personal and transformative. In 2012, during a period of intense depression and burnout, a Catholic priest’s refusal to grant absolution became a catalyst for my awakening. That moment led me to connect with a deeper spiritual truth I now call Soul Power.
A New Path of Integration
Last year (2025), I returned to church—though not as a Catholic—and it felt like a homecoming to my spiritual roots. As I consider coaching Christian entrepreneurs, I’ve been reflecting on how my spiritual journey intersects with my professional goals.
A Transformative Shift
Doreen Virtue, once a leading figure in the New Age movement known for angel therapy, made a significant shift in 2017 when she embraced Christianity and left behind her previous practices. While her decision sparked debate, for Virtue it was a profound spiritual evolution, aligning her life with her faith. Her story reminds me that integration often requires bold, authentic shifts.
A Harmonious Blend of Faith and Coaching
My own journey has been about blending spiritual experience with professional work. Joining a new church has been a powerful experience—the teachings resonate deeply and naturally connect with coaching and personal growth.
Spiritual Wisdom and Business Success
This week, exploring the Gospel of John reminded me of Don Miguel Ruiz’s Fourth Agreement: Be impeccable with your word. John 1:1 emphasizes the divine power of our words. They shape reality, influence relationships, and guide us toward our higher purpose. Speaking with integrity is essential for a spiritually aligned and purposeful life.
Overcoming Self-Doubt and Embracing Authenticity
For me, this principle means keeping my coaching authentic and aligned with my values. It involves confronting doubts like “I can’t” or “What if I fail,” and choosing words and actions that uplift and empower. My goal is to create a space where business and faith coexist, transforming self-doubt and past programming into opportunities for growth.

Navigating the Crossroads
As I explore this next step, I’m discovering that blending Biblical wisdom with Soul Power cultivates a leadership style that is both effective and soul-fulfilling. Leading from spiritual insight and faith brings authenticity and passion into your professional life, transforming work from a job into a calling. By integrating your unique divine gifts, you create meaningful impact, experience deep joy, and embrace abundance—just as the Bible teaches.
For anyone navigating similar crossroads, merging spiritual insight, faith, and professional practice can be deeply liberating and transformative. On earth as it is in heaven.
If you’re exploring how to integrate spiritual wisdom into your business and life, I’d love to hear your thoughts. How do you align your spiritual values with your everyday practices?
With much love and Soul Power,
Tess
