Is America Losing Its Faith?

Why Leadership Requires Spiritual Integration Now More Than Ever

As I scroll through social media, that question keeps coming up. Looking around today, it feels like our nation is facing an internal challenge unlike any before. Not just external threats, but a deeper cultural and spiritual drift.

We can look around at the world today and easily see that America is facing an internal challenge unlike any we’ve ever faced. We’re on the brink of what some are calling World War III. But is the real threat coming from foreign adversaries, or is the deeper challenge coming from within?

I was born and raised in the Philippines, but when I took my oath of citizenship and swore to uphold the U.S. Constitution, I understood the weight of that commitment. I believed in America’s vision of liberty, freedom, and moral responsibility. A vision deeply rooted in faith. I never realized how much I valued the Constitution’s protection of freedom until 2020, when I watched violations stack up one after another. The very principles this nation was founded on were being challenged, and with them, our collective sense of purpose.

The Founding Fathers understood that faith is the glue that binds a people together. Without it, we lose direction, shared meaning, and our ability to thrive in true community. Somewhere along the way, we lost sight of that. And I can personally attest to how easy it is to get swept up in the noise of modern life. A career-driven, achievement-oriented life slowly disconnected me from my spiritual center. I was too busy doing to notice that my soul was anguished.

Then came a wake-up call. A moment I can only describe as a cosmic 2×4. It forced me to stop, reflect, and realign. Burnout became the doorway to integration. I realized I could no longer live split between who I was becoming outwardly and what my soul was asking inwardly. I needed coherence. Wholeness. Alignment with a higher calling and the divine purpose I was meant to fulfill.

Rediscovering Our Purpose: Why Faith Matters Now More Than Ever

Much of the discontent we’re seeing today is rooted in a loss of connection to something greater than ourselves. The pandemic and lockdowns only intensified this fracture. Isolation grew. Not just socially, but spiritually. Many became disconnected from faith, meaning, and inner grounding.

This is why faith-driven leadership matters now more than ever. We don’t just need successful leaders. We need integrated leaders. Leaders who are internally aligned. Leaders whose actions flow from a grounded relationship with God rather than fear, pressure, or performance.

I am on this journey myself. Learning, integrating, and returning to Scripture with new eyes. Partnering with Kingdom Factor has given language and structure to what my soul already knew. Leadership must come from an integrated core. Faith cannot be compartmentalized. Soul and action must move as one.

Why Now? The Need for Kingdom Leadership

The question isn’t whether we will face challenges. We already are.
The real question is how we will respond.

We are living through profound social, economic, and spiritual upheaval. Fear, division, and disconnection are everywhere. Yet people are hungry for something real. Something rooted in truth rather than anxiety, striving, and collapse. Worldly power and surface-level success cannot answer this moment. Eternal principles can.

The Role of Christian Leaders in Rebuilding America

What if America could be rebuilt on Kingdom principles?

Imagine leaders across business, government, and community leading from faith, integrity, and service. Not splitting belief from behavior. Not abandoning soul for success. Governing from an integrated center. This is the Kingdom Factor vision. Leadership rooted in alignment, stewardship, and spiritual coherence.

We’re not in this alone. As I continue the process of becoming a certified Kingdom Factor coach, I’ve seen firsthand the transformation that occurs when leaders unite under Kingdom leadership. The Kingdom Factor community supports leaders in stepping into their highest potential. Not merely for personal success, but to answer the call to serve, heal, and rebuild society. This work is about restoring unity, love, and spiritual alignment at every level of leadership.

The erosion of faith in America is not inevitable. It is a challenge we are being asked to meet together. And as leaders rise, what is unresolved will surface. Doubts, fears, and insecurities are not signs of failure. They are invitations to integration. When we up-level, what was fragmented must be healed and brought back into alignment with truth.

A Nation Rebuilt on Kingdom Principles

As Thanksgiving approaches, I find myself reflecting deeply on the gift of faith and purpose that has carried me through this journey. I’m filled with gratitude for the spiritual awakening that led me here, and for communities like Kingdom Factor, where leaders are choosing integrity over image and coherence over compromise.

Faith is the foundation that unites us. It is the strength we will need for what lies ahead. If you are a leader in business, ministry, or community and feel the call to lead from faith, this path requires intention, courage, and inner alignment.

The question before us is not whether challenges will come, but how we will meet them. Will fear and division define us, or will we return to the spiritual foundation that has always been our strength?

This is why Scripture matters to me now.
This is why integration matters.
And this is the leadership I am committed to embodying.
