He Is Risen – When the Soul Grows Tired, Let the Spirit Rise

Published Good Friday, April 18

Easter’s unfolding story begins in the stillness of Good Friday—a day when darkness seemed to have the final word. Yet on the third morning, the Spirit broke through the grave and declared: He is risen.

What if that same power is whispering today to you—to the leader whose soul is weary, whose fire is sputtering, whose calendar is full but whose heart feels empty?

Because if we’re honest… many of us have been walking around half‑alive.

The fire that once burned bright is now just flickering.
The faith that used to feel strong now feels distant.
The joy you should feel?
Nowhere to be found.

You’ve built the career… the house… the family… the business.
Checked the boxes.
On paper, it all looks good.
But your heart knows—something’s off.

This isn’t failure.
This is a holy disruption.
A Divine invitation to come home.

I Know—Because This Was Me

There was a season I looked wildly successful from the outside.
But inside? I was depressed, burned out, disconnected, and spiritually numb.

I had become a shell of myself—unrecognizable.
So far from who I was called to be.
Not because I wasn’t working hard… but because I was working from emptiness.

That version of me wasn’t bad—it was just lost.
I wasn’t broken. Just… dis‑integrated.
And I didn’t need a new strategy.
I needed a resurrection.

Integrity Is the Highest Form of Worship

Well… my opinion anyway.

“Integrity is the highest form of worship.”
—Tess Vergara, Soul Powered Leaders

In a world obsessed with performance, God is after presence.
Not perfection—but wholeness.
Not more hustle—but alignment.

To live in integrity is to live in Christ.
To be whole is to be holy.
No parts left behind.

True integrity isn’t about moral superiority. It’s about congruence—your soul, your body, your mind, your heart… all telling the same story. All answering the same call.

To live in integrity is to embody Christ, to align every aspect of your being with the Truth, and to live out the full expression of who God created you to be.

That’s why I stand for the reconciliation of what I call the 4 Pillars:

  • Spiritual (your connection to God and truth)
  • Mental (your clarity and beliefs)
  • Emotional (your ability to feel, process, and relate)
  • Physical (your body, energy, rhythms—and yes, your money)

Because money is one of the most tangible ways we experience spiritual reality.
It reflects our capacity to receive, to steward, to trust, to rest.
When money is out of alignment, it’s often a symptom—not the root.

When any one of these pillars is neglected, we fracture.
We get disconnected.
We perform instead of embody.
We survive instead of thrive.

But when they come into union?
That’s resurrection.
That’s the Kingdom.
That’s integrity.

Kingdom Factor Is a Resurrection Space

This is why I’m a Kingdom Factor Coach. Facilitating a monthly gathering of faith-based leaders.

It’s not a conference.
It’s not a hype room.
It’s a sacred reset.

A space for soul-powered leaders to remember what matters.
To stop striving and start listening.
To reconnect the dis‑integrated parts of themselves.

Because you weren’t designed to lead from separation, disconnection, or compartmentalization.
You were created to lead from overflow.

Your soul was meant to lead from a place of wholeness, where your spirit, mind, body, and emotions work in harmony.
Not from burnout, not from exhaustion, but from a wellspring of life that flows freely and abundantly.
That’s how you were designed to live and lead.

Let This Be Your Rising

What if you stopped asking, “What more do I need to do?”
And started asking, “What have I buried that’s ready to rise?”
What is waiting within me to be fully awakened, expressed, and restored to wholeness?

If this is stirring something deep within you, then don’t miss the Kingdom Factor Experience.

This is your invitation.
