Part 1 of the Faith and Leadership Series
The recent 2024 election results have highlighted a troubling trend in our nation—a divide that goes far beyond politics and deep into the very soul of our society. What we are witnessing is more than just political polarization; it’s a spiritual battle for the heart of America. As we look around, it’s clear: the values that once defined this nation—faith, freedom, family—are increasingly sidelined in favor of ideologies that distance us from God, truth, and purpose.
But this doesn’t have to be the end of the story. In fact, I believe it’s precisely because of this cultural and spiritual shift that we, as Christian business owners, are called to step up and lead the way in rebuilding this nation. The power to restore faith and integrity in our country lies not in Washington, but in the hearts of people who are willing to rise, to live out their faith, and to bring God’s kingdom into every sphere of life—including business.
The Crisis of Faith in America
As our society continues to drift from its foundational biblical principles, we are witnessing the gradual erosion of the very freedoms and blessings that once made America a beacon of hope. The political landscape may have shifted in ways we didn’t expect, but it’s clear that what is happening in the halls of power is just the symptom of a deeper issue: America’s heart and soul need healing.
As Christian business owners, we are uniquely positioned to be part of that healing. For too long, we’ve been told to separate our faith from our work, to compartmentalize our spirituality and our daily lives. But I believe the time has come to reawaken the deep connection between our faith and our businesses. It’s not enough to wish for a better future—we must be the change, starting with ourselves and our businesses. We must bring God’s values into the marketplace, leading with integrity, love, and truth.
The Need for a Spiritual Awakening
The change our nation needs won’t come from politicians or policies alone. It will come from each of us living out our God-given purpose with boldness and courage. When we as business owners—who are deeply connected to the pulse of the marketplace—begin to lead with faith and authenticity, we begin to transform the world around us. This is how we restore what has been lost: by making faith a central part of our work and our mission.
That’s why I’ve chosen to partner with Kingdom Factor, a marketplace ministry that empowers Christian entrepreneurs and business owners to live out their faith in their businesses. This ministry is dedicated to restoring biblical values in the marketplace and helping Christian business owners align their work with their calling. As I engage in this ministry, I feel deeply compelled to bring the light of Christ into every corner of the business world, no matter how dark it may seem.
A Call to Lead with Soul, Not Conformity
For me, this mission has become deeply personal. Over the years, I’ve struggled with the state of both the church and society at large. I walked away from traditional church settings when I realized that many churches were inadvertently keeping people trapped in cycles of guilt, shame, and blind obedience to systems that didn’t empower them. I witnessed firsthand how these institutions manipulated their followers by using God’s name in vain, asking them to conform without question, without ever teaching them to truly follow the guidance of the Holy Spirit.
This is the heart of why I launched Soul Power to the People, my podcast dedicated to awakening individuals to the truth about the crimes against humanity that have been perpetrated by systems of control. From the food we eat to the information we’re fed, from the education system to the medical establishment, so much has been designed to keep us unaware, oppressed, and spiritually disconnected. Through my podcast, I help others break free from these systems and reconnect with their own soul power, empowering them to live in alignment with God’s will.
The Kingdom Factor: Where Faith Meets Business
This journey led me to Kingdom Factor, a ministry that equips Christian business owners to use their influence in the marketplace for divine purpose. This is not just about business—it’s about transforming the way we think about work, success, and leadership. As I continue my training with Kingdom Factor, I know I am stepping into a space where faith and business are one, and I am committed to supporting and empowering others who want to do the same.
Christian business owners, now more than ever, have an incredible opportunity to make a difference. You can be the leaders who restore faith-based values to the marketplace. You can be the ones who rise up with boldness and integrity to show the world that God is still at the center of it all. We must no longer hide our faith behind closed doors or in the corners of our lives. We are called to lead in every sphere, and the marketplace is one of the most powerful arenas to make a lasting impact.
Rebuilding America: Together
So, what can we do? We start with ourselves. We begin to live our faith fully, integrating it into every part of our work. We step into our roles as Christian leaders in the marketplace, showing the world that there is a different way to do business—one that is guided by love, integrity, and a deep commitment to serving others. This is how we rebuild America—not with rhetoric, but with action. Not by waiting for someone else to fix things, but by doing the hard work of living our faith out loud.
If you’re ready to take action and start rebuilding in your own life and business, I invite you to join me for our Kingdom Factor informational briefing every Thursday. Together, we will discuss how to live out your faith in the marketplace, create purpose-driven businesses, and make a lasting impact on your community and the world.

Let’s rise up and rebuild—together.
I myself vowed never to bow down to tyranny, and I hope you rise up, too. Lead from the level of your soul.
