Hello Chakras, Goodbye Burnout: A Journey through Universal Law and Biblical Wisdom

In my early days as a coach, I delved into spirituality beyond my faith, seeking joy and enlightenment. However, when an existing client found out, she terminated our relationship, preferring to stay within her religious boundaries. This led me to operate secretly as a spiritual coach until another client exclaimed, “Tess, you’re a Soul Coach” prompting my rebranding from Open Heart Mind Coaching to Soul Powered Leaders. Despite this, it still took me some time to publicly acknowledge that I incorporate chakra healing and energy work into my client sessions. After all, it seemed more fitting for a yoga class than a boardroom discussion. And let’s be honest, the idea of energy centers does raise a few eyebrows, especially in business circles.

But here’s the truth: the principles of energy clearing and chakra alignment are essential in life, love and leadership. So as we move beyond the Easter season, allow me to be fully transparent and share my endeavor of weaving chakra wisdom with universal laws and biblical insights into our journey as leaders and entrepreneurs. My aim is to reveal that, regardless of perspective, we can infuse our career and business paths with soul power, aligning them with our authentic essence and deepest truths.

Root Chakra

“The LORD is my rock, my fortress and my deliverer; my God is my rock, in whom I take refuge, my shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold.”

Psalm 18:2

The Root Chakra, symbolizing our connection to the physical world and our sense of stability, aligns with the Universal Law of Divine Order. Just as Psalm 18:2 illustrates, when we anchor ourselves in faith and purpose, we establish a solid foundation akin to a rock, providing stability and security amidst life’s challenges. This connection between the Root Chakra and the Law of Divine Order underscores the importance of aligning ourselves with the natural flow of life, trusting in divine timing, and surrendering to the higher wisdom of the universe.

Sacral Chakra

“Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.”

Mark 11:24

The Sacral Chakra, linked with creativity, passion, and abundance, aligns with the Universal Law of Attraction. Mark 11:24 underscores the significance of faith and belief in the manifestation process, highlighting the principle of attracting abundance through positive intention and belief. By embracing our unique gifts and aligning our intentions with positivity and creativity, we can leverage the Sacral Chakra’s power to manifest our desires and attract abundance into our lives.

Solar Plexus

“I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”

Philippians 4:13

The Solar Plexus Chakra, representing personal power and will, is closely aligned with the Universal Law of Cause and Effect. This law teaches us that our actions create ripple effects in the universe, shaping our reality. Philippians 4:13 serves as a reminder that we possess inner strength and divine support to take action and manifest our desires. When we align our actions with faith and purpose, we can harness the power of the Solar Plexus Chakra to overcome challenges and achieve our goals with confidence and resilience.

Heart Chakra

“Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap. For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.”

Luke 6:38

The Heart Chakra, representing love, compassion, and connection, is closely tied to the Universal Law of Abundance. This law states that there is an infinite supply of abundance available to us in all areas of life, including love, wealth, and opportunities. Luke 6:38 emphasizes the principle of generosity and reciprocity, highlighting that when we give love and abundance freely from the heart, we attract even more abundance into our lives. By opening our hearts to give and receive love unconditionally, we align with the flow of abundance in the universe, enriching our lives and the lives of those around us.

Throat Chakra

“The tongue has the power of life and death, and those who love it will eat its fruit.”

Proverbs 18:21

The Throat Chakra, associated with communication and self-expression, resonates with the Universal Law of Vibration. This law states that everything in the universe vibrates at a particular frequency, including our thoughts, words, and actions, shaping our reality. Proverbs 18:21 underscores the importance of mindful communication and the profound impact our words can have on our lives and the lives of others. When we speak words of love, encouragement, and positivity, we raise our vibrational frequency and attract more of the same into our lives. Conversely, negative or harmful words lower our vibration and attract negativity.

Third Eye

“The eye is the lamp of the body. If your eyes are healthy, your whole body will be full of light.”

Matthew 6:22

The Third Eye Chakra, positioned between the eyebrows, corresponds with intuition and insight, resonating with the Universal Law of Correspondence (“As above, so below”). Matthew 6:22 sheds light on this connection, emphasizing the significance of inner vision and perception. Balanced Third Eye Chakra grants clarity and understanding, allowing us to perceive the interconnectedness of all existence and access higher truths.

Crown Chakra

“Just as a body, though one, has many parts, but all its many parts form one body, so it is with Christ.”

1 Corinthians 12:12

The Crown Chakra, located at the top of the head, symbolizes spiritual connection and divine consciousness. It resonates with the Universal Law of Unity, highlighting the interconnectedness of all beings and the oneness of the universe. 1 Corinthians 12:12 underscores the unity and interconnectedness of individuals within a collective whole.
